The alleged marriage of Frances Eddins Kilby to BOTH William Kilby and John R Gore and children by both men appears to be highly questionable. Look at the dates: Frances is believed to have married John Gore abt. 1774. John R. Gore d. 1822 and William Humphrey Kilby, Sr d. abt 1815. Frances was 27 when she married Gore. So she could have been married to a Kilby earlier. But unless there was a divorce, her husband could not have been William Humphrey Kilby, Sr. before Gore since Kilby was still alive in 1774. And unless she divorced Gore to marry Kilby before he died in 1815, she could not have legally married Kilby before Gore died in 1822. John R. Gore's wife is believed to have been a Francis aka Franky surname unproven. Unless there was a divorce involved it doesn't look like the same Francis could have married to both men and be the mother of both men's children simultaneously. Francis could have been married to a different William Kilby who died prior to her marriage to John R. Gore assumed to be abt. 1774.

Eddins-421 and Eddins-45 appear to represent the same person because: same spouse and death.
