name "Pulman" from website of Brenda Frazer and also Crandall Family Assoc.
from Crandall Family Assoc website:
!Jasper PULMAN of York had a close relative with the baptismal name, Florence
-- a name which was extremely unusual in that time. Circumstantial evidence
points to her having the surname PULMAN/PULLMAN.
!Charles Edward Banks: "History of York, Maine"; Regional Publishing Co.;
Baltimore; 1967.
!Most likely a d/o Robert PULLMAN of Stoke-in-Teignhead, Devon, England.
!Gustave Anjou (b 1868): "The Pullman Family"; typescript at FHL in SLCity;
[n.d.]

lists Florence birthplace as Devon, England and place of death as Kittery, Maine. They agree about her dates and children.
I had adopted her parents' profiles in an attempt to discover their names, but have not been able to do so. Would it be preferable simply to remove the parent profile links and leave them as the default 'unknown'?
