Hi Jackie! I've been away for two weeks and then quite sick, so I haven't been checking for messages here on my profile page. I think everything was sorted out by now, but wanted you to know that I am prepared to help in any way I can. It's been a while since I've done merge that didn't involve two of my own profiles, so no approval from anyone else was required. I think this merge from triggered by an error or what is now called a suggestion on my Error Report or Suggestion List. I'm not sure why it showed up on my list, except that somehow that person is related to me. I like to keep that list at zero because I'm AR about things like that. I promise that next time this happens I will send a detailed note so you will know why I suggested a merge.

Hello, my name is Jackie. I began to search for my family after my mother's death. She never knew her grandparents and their family and I have managed to find them and where they are buried. It is just so exciting to be a "detective" and discover things I never knew about my family. I am on Ancestry every week. I love the thrill of searching for family. I am hoping that some day I will find out that someone I know now is related to me and we were both unaware of the connection.
