Biography
Henrietta Edwards was born in Westminster on 14 December 1797, and baptised in St Martin's in the Fields, Westminster on 8 January 1798, she was the daughter of Edward Edwards and Elizabeth Collins [1]
It is possible that she married three times.
Her first husband was Samuel Peeling, they were married in St George, Bloomsbury on 14 September 1817, Edward Edwards was a marriage witness [2]
Her second marriage was to James John Humpherson, they were married on 27 July 1823 in St George, Hanover Square, Westminster,[3]
And lastly, on 30 July 1839 in St John, Clerkenwell, Islington, Henrietta married Richard Cheatle, their fathers were named as Richard Cheatle, a butcher, and Edward Edwards, a gold and silver wire drawer[4]
