Alonzo appears on the 1880 census records (age 6 months) for Madison County, Alabama, he appears again on the 1900 census age 21.

He moved to Indiana, likely for work which was not uncommon during that time frame. He married Ida Belle (Marion) Sisson. I can’t find the second daughter. We just know that in 1940 she is already married. And in 1950 she is married to Thomas Andrews and listed as Mrs. Thomas Andrews on her fathers' probate records Madison County Alabama.

I can’t find them on the 1930 census. By the 1940 census first daughter is married and her mother, Ida, is living with them and she has the last name of Ida Cardy, so she & Alonzo divorced.

Alonzo is listed on his brothers' probate records as living in Columbus, GA. BUT, I can’t find him on the 1930 or 1940 in any part of GA. I don't know when he moved back to Alabama, there are no records.
