Richard was in the original notes I had from my great-Aunt Sallie Mae (Comley) Imirie. I haven't found any census or birth/date data to confirm. KZipperer Additionally, the notes that he looked like an actor may be Richard Weaver (listed as Richard Jay on the 1900 census) that is a nephew of Mary Ann Weaver Pudge, not her brother.
