Birth: Jan 27, 1866 Native of Macoupin County, Son of Thomas Sidney and Amanda (Grisham) Edwards. Married: Nancy E. Brewer Who survives him with son Roy R. Edwards of Litchfield and two daughters Mrs. Nellie M. Roberts of Clinton and Mrs. Bessie M. Bills of Sorento, Two Brothers, Martin M. Edwards of Walshville, and Ella E. Edwards of Corona, California. Census records indicate he was a carpenter.
