Although in his will Bigod told his son Benjamin to maintain his mother, she may have been his step-mother. If Benjamin's actual mother died in 1657, he would have been very young, and he thus would consider Bigod's next wife as his "mother" even if she was actually his step-mother. And it might have been considered rude if Bigod had said step-mother rather than mother.

Mary Wall has been disproved as a wive of Bitod Eggleston, could not have been mother to his children.

Eggleston-714 and Eggleston-21 appear to represent the same person because: Same family, same birth info, same wife, same children, clearly the same person, though children's profiles will also have to be merged

Eggleston-714 and Eggleston-21 do not represent the same person because: the mother's name represent incorrect information.

The conflicting parents are the mothers, which Bigod Eggleston is shown as having married in sequence, while the two Benjamins have identical birthdates. This is an impossibility. Is it possible that one of the Benjamins has been given an incorrect mother?

Eggleston-714 and Eggleston-21 appear to represent the same person because: They have the same birth and death information and the same wife, married at the same time.
