Biography
Sarah Eggleston was born on 26 October 1670 in Middletown, Hartford, Connecticut Colony, daughter of Samuel Eggleston (abt. 1634–bef. 1691) and Sarah Disborough (abt. 1642–1690).[1]
Sarah (21) married Daniel Prior (24) (born on 19 December 1667 in Windsor, Hartford; son of Humphrey Prior and Ann (Osborn) Prior) on 9 February 1692[2]. Their known children were:
- Sarah Prior (4 March 1693 – 20 October 1759)
- Ann Prior (10 May 1696 – 27 November 1755)
- Thankful Pryor (21 January 1697 – 4 November 1734)
- Daniel Prior (5 November 1699 – 9 January 1700)
- Daniel Prior (8 April 1701 – 4 February 1766)
- Susannah Prior (1702 – 1741)
- Mary Pryor (13 July 1705 – 1780)
Sarah died on 6 April 1709 in Middletown Connecticut, aged 38.[3]
