Description: 280 acres in the County of Prince George (now Dinwiddie) on the South side of Butterwood Swamp; “beginning on Peter Wynne’s old line where Samuel Moore adjoins the same near a branch thence along the said Wynne’s old line West forty five poles to his corner thence North eighty four poles along his line to Robert Poythress’s corner in the same thence West two hundred and fourteen poles to a corner Spanish oak thence South one hundred and twenty poles to a corner pine thence South East one hundred and fourteen poles to a corner shrub white oak thence East five degrees North one hundred and ninety nine poles to Samuel Moore’s line thence North one hundred and two poles to the beginning.”
