Mary Elliott was the daughter of William Elliott and Elizabeth Emms.[1]
Her birth year is not known, but can be estimated as 1720-1730 based on her father's birth and death, probably in South Carolina where her family lived.
A deed of gift from her mother Elizabeth and step-father Elisha Butler to son William Elliott around 1738 identifies "our daughters Elizabeth Elliott and Mary Elliott", indicating she was living at that time. (see footnote 10, p.61[1])
There is no record that she married, or of her death; Webber indicates that she died young.[1] Her sister Elizabeth's will of 1775 identifies brother William Elliott, but not her,[1] so she likely died between 1738 and 1775, and closer to 1738.
