Anna was the daughter of Alfred George Elliott & Clara Rachel Smith. She first married John Alfred Clayton but he died in 1939 after only a few short years of marriage. In 1948 she married her second husband and they had many happy years together. They moved from Ontario to British Columbia in 1980 in order to be closer to all of their many grandchildren.
