Biography
1900 U.S. Census
Irena Elliott (born in Kentucky in December 1894, age 6), was the daughter of John J. Elliott and Rebecca Elliott. They lived on a farm in Casey County, Kentucky. Other members of the household were Irena's step-siblings, Manola Elliott (b. October 1874, age 26), Florence Elliott (b. February 1879, age 21), and Elias Elliott (b. March 1881, age 19). The family also included Irena's sisters, Luvena [Luvina], born in June 1893, 7 years old, and Gracie Elliott (b. January 1898, age 2). [1]
1910 U.S. Census
Irene Elliott (age 15), was living with her parents Rebecca and John J. Elliott, on their farm in or near Hustonville, Lincoln County, Kentucky. Other members of the household are her sisters, Lewena [Luvina] Elliott (age 17) and Grace Elliott (12). [2]
