Charles Elliott appeared as a son in the household of Olliver Elliott on the 1910 U.S. Census at Moss Creek Township, Carroll County, Missouri. He was listed as 14 years old, and born in Missouri. He could read and write. [4]

Charles Ernest Elliott died of pneumonia 10 April 1911 at Moss Creek Township, Carroll County, Missouri. He was 15 years old. On his death certificate, it was reported that he was born 18 September 1895 at Moss Creek Township, Carroll County, Missouri. His parents were listed as Olliver Elliott (born in Adair County, Kentucky), and Frances E. Ward [sic] (born in Carroll County, Missouri). The informant was his brother, Ed Elliott of Carrollton, Missouri. [1] [2] He was buried in Gilead Cemetery at Norborne, Carroll County, Missouri. [5]
