Caleb was born in 1891. He is the son of Edwin Ellis and a Unknown.^{[citation needed]}

Research Notes

Unable to locate sources for this profile on FamilySearch. Although a Caleb Ellis does appear in Edwin's household in the 1901 census, it is Edwin's brother born in 1830.^[1]

In Ancestry.com Caleb appears in a family tree but the only source for his existence is the incorrect use of the 1901 census which looks like a ten year old but is actually Edwin Ellis's 70 year old brother. I suspect that this Caleb Ellis does not existRodgers-4539 12:32, 2 October 2020 (UTC)
