I have Jeremiah Sweet, b. Apr 25, 1762 (Documented in Arnold), son of Jeremiah Sweet and Mary Ellis; grandson of Benjamin Sweet and Margaret Hammett; great-grandson of Richard Sweet and Priscilla Carpenter; and great, great-grandson of John Sweet and Elisabeth Jefferys/Jeoffries.
I do not have anything on any children, if any of Jeremaih, b. 1762 so I don't know if he is the same Jeremaih as your father of William, b. 1787.
