When she was 16, she married George Strout, son of George Strout and Rebecca Freeman, on 21 Jun 1804 in Buxton, York, Massachusetts. [2][3]
Comfort Emery was buried in Gorham, Cumberland, Massachusetts (South Gorham Cemetery).[4]
