Jane Spencer, who married William Saunders and William Cope is not the daughter of John Spencer of South Mills, near Blunham in Bedfordshire. She is from the Warwickshire Spencers. I plan to detach her and reattach her to the Warwickshire Spencers. Also John Spencer did not marry a sister of Richard Empson, again that was one of the Warwickshire Spencers. She will likewise be detached. It is important to keep the two branches separate.

Thank you - One loose end remaining from all this appears to be that the John Spencer linked under "Marriage" on this profile continues to be the John Spencer [Spencer-1717] of South Mills, Bedfordshire, not the correct one from Warwickshire [Spencer-206].

Ann was not born when she gave birth to son Henry b 1436?

Maybe you mean Henry b 1470? https://wc.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=traductoreric&id=I53162
