Sources

  • Ancestral File Number: 1W54-JJ1 (Ancestral File June 1998)
  • Find A Grave memorial created 2 May 2016 by Reuben Glen Davis Sr. for Ann Mary Englefinger Dillinger [sic Dellinger] (27 Jun 1787–1849 [sic before 1830]); citing Davids Chapel Methodist Cemetery, Hulls Crossroads, Lincoln County, North Carolina. The memorial text states Ann Mary Englefinger was born in South Carolina; however, it seems more plausible that she was born in North Carolina.

She was not enumerated in her husband's 1830 or 1850 census households, so the estimated death year of 1851 does not seem likely.
