Congratulations, you've been a member for a month!
Check out Beyond the Basics of WikiTree for a guide on some of our more advanced features such as Projects, Categories, Merging, Templates and Volunteer Opportunities!
We're very active on our social sites and we have an excellent blog where you'll find our monthly newsletter as well as tips, interviews with our members and guest posts from others in the genealogy community.
Try our Relationship Finder! It searches 20 generations. If you find a duplicate profile, the other managers are probably related. You can use this to find out how!
Thank you for joining WikiTree. As a WikiTree Mentor I am available to answer any questions or help solve any issues you may be having.
How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.
Do you have Royal Ancestors? They are already here on Wikitree! Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.
Feel free to ask me via my profile page if you have any questions.

I am in my late 60's and have been interested in Genealogy since my twenties. I am fascinated by what some of my ancestors have achieved and have enjoyed swapping information with other people. I have tried to verify where I can the information I have found. I too would like to see Genealogy free and accessible to everyone.
WikiTree Help has a lot of useful Information you might want to review or Some one might be able to point you in the right direction at our G2G Forum with any Questions you might have.
If you would like to join WikiTree please read our Honor Code, Volunteer, and post a Comment on this page and we will be happy to add you as a Member of the WikiTree Community.
