This is the same person as Estes-42. The only significant conflict has to do with the birthdate. The birthdate on this profile is actually the birthdate of William Marshall Estes' second oldest brother whose name was Marshall Estes. William Marshall Estes was the one who married Fanny Lewis and had a child named Lucy J. See this link for information transcribed from the family bible: http://files.usgwarchives.net/va/caroline/bibles/estes.txt
Estes-80 and Estes-42 do not represent the same person because: Children are completely different, as well as the DOB. I am at odds with this merge (which at first glance looks appropriate).
I believe a match/merge may be in order.

I lost the thread on where we are with this merge.

Same person, possibly married twice? Wives and dates need source confirmation
