Sir Richard Everard, 5th Baronet of Much Waltham
Richard Everard never married. "The younger Sir Richard, fifth baronet, was an attorney- at-law, while in North Carolina, and remained there after inheriting his father's title. He was a representative in the Provincial Assembly from Beaufort county, in 1739; and from Bladen, in 1740. His death occurred two years later, on the 7th of March, 1742" . [1]
