Ewing-2551 and Ewing-101 do not represent the same person because: Not enough matching information at this time.
The entry at Find A Grave seems to be a memorial and not an actual grave. The grave for the husband doesn't show his own stone -- only that he is written on a descendants tombstone. And even at that point the wife isn't named. As such the birth and death dates are suspect at least. Only the marriage date might be valid. And while that marriage date precludes it from being this person it doesn't solve the other issue -- that being that very few people at that time actually had two names. If you look closely my MIL records actually gives two Ewing girls -- Margaret and Elinor, and not one named Margaret Elinor. Which is correct -- I do not know.
A lot more work needs to be down to clarify all of the profiles involved in the Ewing and Caldwell families before any merges can be done.
Ewing-3743 and Ewing-101 are not ready to be merged because: Husband's birthplace is different but it appears to be the same person otherwise, after a quick look.
