Hi Unknown and welcome back! Would it be possible to amend your forename to Snonymous to be consistent with others on WikiTree protecting their privacy?
Thank you for adding your DNA Test to your profile on WikiTree. Getting Started with DNA will tell you more about how DNA kits are used on WikiTree.
DNA at WikiTree provides a visual way for you to find others who have tested and have the potential of having common ancestors. To get the best results, you need to start with yourself and add sourced profiles for your ancestors until you can connect to existing profiles in WikiTree. The more branches you are able to add the greater the likelihood of finding potential cousins to match with. 24 hours later, your test will have populated on the profiles of your ancestors and their descendants, where others with potential matches may also appear. The process of identifying which branch elements of DNA relate to will better enable you to find matches which relate to the particular branches you are researching.
Let me know if you have any questions and have fun!

PS For your convenience, here is a link to the New Member Guide which I think may have been published after you joined.
You are now a full member of WikiTree! Thanks for volunteering.
How to start? Visit How to Use Wikitree for instructions.
WikiTree members are always eager to help a fellow genealogist in our G2G Forum, and you can join in on the conversation with our Question of the Week: What's the most unusual name you've found in your family tree?
Once settled in, you can check Volunteers Needed page. It lists all the great ways to help out our collective effort.
Adding more TAGS helps you and others researching the same surnames.
Enjoy the experience,
Bill D
I would like to suggest that you edit your tag(s) to show any surnames, locations or historical events that you're researching. Once you save your tags, you'll be able to click them and see a list of other WikiTree genealogists who are also researching those subjects.
For surnames, there will be another tab on that page that shows you all of the profiles with that name.
You'll also get notifications in your daily & weekly emails when there is activity relevant to your tags.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
I will now confirm you as a full member.
Ewing-2027 and Ewing-1679 appear to represent the same person because: Hi! Are you "Unknown Ewing"? If so, we can merge your profiles together, and then you'll be in the proper place in your family tree.
Until you add your surname tags and tag comments and volunteer you will not be able to add your family/ancestors or edit profiles like the one you just adopted for Unknown Ewing.
The confirmation for WikiTree comes to you as an email, so you may need to check your inbox and spam folder. If you cannot find the email, a new confirmation email can be generated at E-mail confirmation problems.
Be sure to also read and agree to the WikiTree Honor Code to become a full member with all editing abilities.

The initial email from us has helpful links that will get you started on WikiTree.
WikiTree is different because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we share ancestors and work together as a BIG collaborative team!
