Biography

Walter Wayne Ewing was born Oct. 27, 1930 in what is now Dallas, Texas to Walter Everett "Pete" Ewing and Cleo (Morgan) Ewing.

He grew up on a dairy and attended Leetot Elementary and Carrolton High School.

After high school he worked for Minneapolis Moline in Dallas before applying to the Dallas Fire Department.

He married Anna Jean Cash on Dec. 11, 1951.

Together they became the parents of Rebecca Jeanne (Ewing) Peterson and Walter Thomas "Thom" Ewing.

Walter passed away Mar. 11, 1995. [1]
