Pacifique was born in Pointe des Fagan also known as Anse à Borgitte (Located between Cap-Pelé and Trois-Ruisseaux) on 22 Oct 1838. He was baptized in Barachois on 6 Nov 1838. He was the son of William Fagan and Emfraisine Leblanc. [1][2]
He married Dauphine Leblanc, widow of Jean Gallant in Cap-Pelé on 1 Dec 1861.[3]
He passed away in 1933.
