John M. D. Faries, a son of David Jame Faries and Julia Ann Newell,[1] was born April 3, 1869 in Grayson County, Texas and died August 31, 1945 in Coleman, Texas.[2][3] He married Birdie Harris on September 1, 1895 in Johnson County, Texas,[4] they had nine children. John was a farmer.[5][6][7][8][9]
