Thomas Farmer was born in 1779 in Hereford, Herefordshire, England. His parents were Mary Mills and Benjamin Farmer. He was baptized on 1 February 1779 in All Saint's Church, Herefordshire, England.
In 1804 he married Ann Williams.
He married Ann Probert on 31 December 1811[1] in Llanspyddid Church, Llanspyddid, Breconshire, Wales. The marriage was witnessed by John Waters and Celia Probert. They had 1 son together.
Thomas died on 31 December 1823 in Aberhonddu Santes Fair, Breconshire, Wales when he was 44 years old. He was buried on 5 January 1824 in St David's Churchyard, Llanfaes, Breconshire, Wales.[2]
