Hello! What's the source for the middle name "Crew"? Middle names were not in use until the 1770's so I think that its highly unlikely to be accurate.

The source is p. 86 of the Farnsworth Genealogy (source #1 in this profile). If you look closely at the source citation, you will see that the page number is highlighted. Click on it to see a digital image of the original.

Thanks, I was actually thinking of a primary source. The 19th Century genealogies aren't particularly reliable.

The Mary Page who died 22 May 1770 aged 89 was the widow of Ensign Jonathan, not of their son Jonathan.

Mary (Farnsworth) Page died 22 May 1770 Lunenburg MA.

Thanks for alerting me to this error. I have made the correction. In doing so, it appears that the maiden name of the Mary Page, widow of Ensign Jonathan, who died in 1770, was Mary Hagar. Mary Farnsworth was the wife of Jonathan Page, Jr. She died at Lunenburg, 19 Jul 1756.
