Biography

Penelope Farquharson was born on 7 July 1796 in the parish of Strathdon, Aberdeenshire, daughter of James Farquharson and Isabel Mchardy.^[1]

Penelope married William Taggart on 15 March 1827 in St Nicholas', Aberdeen^[2].

Their children were:

2. Mary Farquharson (Taggart) Laing
3. Isabella Ann Taggart
4. Margaret Lumsden Taggart
5. Alexander Farquharson Taggart
6. Penelope Taggart.
