Biography
Isabella was born in 1794. She is the daughter of James Farquharson and Isabella Mchardy. [1]
She married David Downie (Dauney) in 1816 [2]
David and Isabella had at least 5 children.
1. David - b. 1817 [3] 2. Margaret - b 1820 [4] 3 Jane - b c. 1822 4. Robert - b c. 1824 5. Charles - b 1826 [5]
She is remembered on her son David Downie's Headstone in Milton, Ontario, Canada, but it's unclear if she actually went to Canada in the last year of her life or if she died at home in Strathdon, she died c. March 1855 [6]
