Louis Ludwig Fauerbaugh was born on March 18, 1844, in Renault, Monroe, Illinois to Mathias Fauerbagh and Eltie Jacobs. In 1850, he was living with his parents and six siblings in New Design, Monroe, Illinois.[1]
He was married to Lara Annie Kemp Large on February 22, 1872. They had one daughter together, Lillie Mae.
He died on July 9, 1879, in El Dorado Springs, Cedar County, Missouri.
