Matthew Charles Faulkner, ^[1] son of Matthew Alfred Faulkner and Eliza Stevens, ^[2] was born in about May 1878 in Kingston, Surrey. ^[1][2] He died on 22 February 1942, his death was registered in Surrey North Eastern. ^[3][4]
