Biography
Henry Wilfred was born in Jansenville, Cape Colony, on 17 October 1901; he was the son of John Henry Featherstone and Amelia (Cawood) Featherstone.
He married Jacoba Petronella van Schalkwyk in Willowmore; there was a child born of this marriage:
- Felicity Ann (Featherstone) Minaar, b 23 July 1951.
Henry suffered a thrombosis and passed away at the age of 52 on 22 October 1953 on the farm Kareebosch, Aberdeen. [1][2]
