In 1860, Mary is 16 y.o., and according to the census is a weaver. Her father, William is 47. Ther is no mention of her mother, Eliza. There is Catharine who is 26, and may be a second wife. They are farming in Washington District, Pleasants, Virginia.[2] Other siblings in the house hold are:

James, age 11, perhaps this is Jos age 4 in 1850

William, age 8
Caldonia, age 6
Isabella, age 4
