Biography

Josephine Fenech was born on 25 July 1904[1] at Malta. She immigrated in 1911 to USA.[2] She appeared on the census of 3 Jan. 1920 in the household of her parents, John Fenech and Mary Fenech, at 2602 San Bruno Ave., San Francisco, San Francisco Co., California.[2]

She married Joseph Bonnici on 12 Aug. 1921 at St. Paul of the Shipwreck Church, San Francisco, California.[3]

She and Joseph appeared on the census of 3 April 1930 at 1621 Jerrold Ave., San Francisco, San Francisco Co., California. In addition to having two small girls to take care of she was a manager of a laundry.[4] She was a stacker at a foundry when she and Joseph appeared on the census of 18 April 1940 at 367 Wilde Ave., San Francisco, San Francisco County, California.[5]

Josephine died on 24 March 1988 at Sonoma Co., California,[1] at age 83 and was buried at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Colma, San Mateo County, California. Her memorial has the date of burial and the plot number.[6]
