Biography

Romer was a farmer and a "treasure hunter." He had been sick with the flu or pneumonia and in bed. Their home in Pangburn, AR, had an outhouse and he wanted to go there instead of using a bedpan/pot. It had been a rainy day, and against family's warnings, he went ahead and headed outside. After coming back inside, he grew worse and was dead by nightfall. He is buried in the Pangburn, White Co, AR cemetery. [1]
