In addition, William Ferrell, Jr. had a child out of wedlock with Nancy (Cook) Dials Thacker. The child's name was Levisa "Vicy" Ferrell alias Thacker. Therefore, William had two daughters who shared the same name, and William was never married to Vicy's mother Nancy (Cook) Dials Thacker.

Will
As shown in the will below, Jesse Thacker, step-father of Levisa "Vicy" Ferrell (alias Thacker), was mentioned as a debtor to William Ferrell. Also, the will states William Ferrell had a daughter Levisa Deele or Deal, who appears to be the wife of Frederick Deal. This indicates William C. Ferrell, Jr. had two daughters both named Levisa with different mothers.
