Ferris-515 and Ferris-30 appear to represent the same person because: Seems to be the same person. Definitely disputed parentage and I'm seeing a lot of doubt that Anne Howard was a wife of Jeffrey Ferris. I believe the new profile should be set up as Ferris-30 is without a known mother, unless someone else has sources that say otherwise.
