Philo was born in 1796. He passed away in 1860. [1]
Philo married first Nancy Maria French - parents of Justus Wesley Ferris
After the death of Nancy he married Lucina Gould Rawson on 27 Sep 1848 at Union, Wisconsin, USA - their children included Ella A. and Emma Victoria Ferris.
He was a Minister in the New York Conference and Oneida Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
He died in Wisconsin and is buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, Otselic, Chenango, New York, USA.
