Marriage
Zach's marriage to Hannah Evans noted as 17 January 1706/07 Durham, Strafford Co, NH. [2]
Zachariah and Hannah were married by reverend John Pike and their marriage was mentioned in a record in 12 January 1710.[3]
Note that both marriage dates would correspond to a time between the birth of Zachariah's two children.
Children
Zackarias's son Zackarius Field was born on 9 August 1702 in Dover, New Hampshire.[4][5]
Zacharius's son Dannill Feeld was born on 17 February 1709 in Dover, New Hampshire.[6][7]
Military Service and other Activities
Zachery Field built what became known as Field's Garrison at Oyster River in 1707. He was a Lieutenant during the Pequot War and was in command of his own Garrison house. Was a selectman. He had received land and a dwelling house lying east of the road from Bellamy to Oyster River and west of John Drew's land, from his father.[8]
Lieut. Zachariah mentioned: " John Bunker and Ichabod Rawlins, both of Dover, going with a cart from Lieut Zachariah Field's Garrison to James Bunker for a loom, were assaulted by many Indians and both slain."[9]
