Margaret was born on the 21 July 1859. She is the daughter of Henry Field and Margaret Symes (Puslow) Field.[1]
She married Charles Louis Pemberton on the 2 January 1888.[2]
She died on the 8 July 1944 aged 84 years old.[3]
She was buried on the 10 July in the Raetihi Cemetery. Her grave is in Block 7, Plot 23. Her husband was buried in the adjacent plot on the 14 November 1919. [4] [5]
Margaret had signed her last will and testament on the 23 January 1941. She left her estate to be divided betwen her two daughters, Helen Margaret Sommerville, a widow, and Marion Edith Wilkie, wife of R H Wilkie, of Beach Road, Turakina. Her estate was valued at under £10.000. She was living at 252 Somme Parade, Aramoho, when she wrote her will. [6]
