Biography

Clementina Violet Field was born on the 30th of June 1893 and baptised on the 12th of April 1898 at Burgh Castle, Norwich, England, the daughter of Frederick Christopher Field and Violet. [1]

In 1901 the family were living at 13 Providence Place, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk England. The household comprised of Frederic C. Field, aged 31 a Green Grocer born in Norwich; his wife Violet A. aged 28, born in Ormesby, Norfolk. Also four children, namely:

  • Clementina V. Field, aged 7 born in Yarmouth
  • Frederick J. aged 5, born in Yarmouth
  • Eliza E. aged 3, born in Suffolk
  • Dorothy M. aged 0, born in Yarmouth. [2]

Clementina V. Filed married Frderick Birdge in the December quarter of 1916 at Yarmouth. [3]
