Biography
Hazel Finley was born about 1921 in Kentucky, United States.[1]
It is thought that Dan Finley was her father, but her mother is not certain, possibly Lucy Simpkins according to unsourced online family trees. It appears that Dan subsequently married Manda Reynolds.
In 1940, Hazel Finley (19) was living in Jackson, Breathitt, Kentucky, with father Dan Finley (49), and with Manda Finley (49), Linville Finley (18), Chester Garrett (16), James Garrett (14), Earnest Finley (10), Lily Finley (8), Lee Finley (6) and Jean Finley (4).[1]
She married William Garrett.
In 1956, Hazel T Garrett and William H Garrett were living in Louisville, Kentucky.[2]
Hazel Garrett died in 1979. She was buried at Mount Holly Cemetery, Fairdale, Jefferson County, Kentucky, USA.[3]
