John Campbell Finley[1] was born on March 8, 1904, in South Carolina, the child of David Finley and Elizabeth Gist[2]. He married Aileen Hicks, date unknown. He died on June 5, 1978, in Seattle, Washington, and was buried in York, South Carolina[3].
