Ada "Addie" Eagan was born in April, 1867, in Washington DC, USA^[1]

Addie married Jesse Franklin Russell on 17 May 1890 in Pierce County, Washington, United States.^[2] Their children are

1. Jessie H. Russell
2. Stella Russell

In April 1900, Addie was living in Tacoma, Washington, USA with her husband Jesse, their two daughters Jessie and Stella, and her husband's stepfather, Joseph Close.^[1]

On the 23 Apr 1910 census of Seattle, King, Washington, she was living in her husband's hotel with him, their daughter Jessie, and her mother.^[3]

In January 1920, Addie was living with her manager-husband Jesse in the Busch Hotel on Jackson Street in Seattle, King Co., Washington, USA.^[4]

Addie died April 3, 1938 in Seattle, King Co., Washington, USA.^[5] She is buried nearby in Tacoma Cemetery, Tacoma, Washington.^[6] The source for her grave names her relatives.

Notes

This is the "Aunt Abbie" as remembered by Colin Murdoch. Here's what he said; "My grandmother Jennie Finney had another sister, Abbie. my Aunt Abbie, we used to call her. And she married a man that ran the Bush Hotel in Seattle. Very, very tight. In fact she was so tight, that my mother Susan May Windley asked her how they made their money. Aunt Abbie told my mother, she says, 'You have too many feet under your table all the time.'" Therefore, Addie (not Abbie) is his half grandunt by marriage, not a blood-related grandaunt.^[7]
