Hannah Fenny or Finney was born on 19 Mar 1817, and christened on 23 Mar 1817 at St Helens Chapel of Ease in the parish of Prescot, Lancashire. She was the daughter of Thomas and Ann Fenny. Her father was a clogger of Hardshaigh.
Hannah married Thomas Walker on 21 Nov 1841 at Farnworth Chapel of Ease in the parish of Prescot. Both lived in Sutton, and neither had been married before. Hannah was of full age (21 or more) but Thomas was a minor; he worked as a collier. Their fathers were named as Thomas Walker (tailor) and Thomas Finney (clog maker). The witnesses were Walter Paterson and Ellen Finney - presumably Hannah's sister Ellen and Ellen's future husband.
Hannah was baptized as a member of the church of Latter Day Saints on 30 Jun 1850.
Hannah died on 28 Feb 1893 in American Fork, Utah.
