Anna Catharina was born in Heddesdorf, Neuwied in the Rhineland Palatinate (Rheinland-Pfalz), Germany in 1663, the daughter of Hans Fischer and Margaretha ??. She married Johann Daniel Hoff and they had at least one child together. Anna Catharina died in Germany after 1704.
