Biography
Maria Fischer has Czech Roots.
Maria is the child of Ludwig Fischer and Clara Reidinger. She was born in 1854 in Ernstbrunn, Bohemia, now Arnoštov, Czech Republic.[1] The family relocated at some time to Moravia, to a town in the district of Wallachisch Meseritsch, now Valašské Meziříčí, Czech Republic, where her family is recorded as living in the birth record of her daughter Karolina Stutz.[2] Where and when she married Dismas Stutz who might have been born in Christianberg, Bohemia, now Křišťanov, Czech Republic, and lived in Ernstbrunn, is not known. There are no known birth or marriage records for him in the parish Křišťanov.
