Biography

William Randall Fish, born 13 Jul 1824, was the first child of Eliza Roe (Randall) Fish (1803-1872) and Simeon Fish (1797-1863) [1],[2]. The location of his birth is uncertain; whereas his grave memorial presents Stonington, the transcribed official record presents Groton, Connecticut. The locations being geographically close, either is plausible.

He married 19 Jan 1848 Lydia W. Williams [3],[4]. Their children included:

This family was enumerated consistently in census records of Groton, Connecticut [5],[6],[7],[8].

William Randall Fish died 12 May 1890 at Groton. His grave is in Fish Cemetery #18, Mystic, New London County, Connecticut, USA [9], along with that of his wife.
